Terms and Conditions - Choko Authentic Apparel

In ordering product from this website, your purchase contract is with Choko Motorsports Inc, 19 Anderson Boulevard, Uxbridge, Ontario, L9P 0C7 (hereafter known as the vendor).The Vendor is Officially Licensed by Choko Authentic Apparel and has been appointed a license to sell approved product on this website by Choko Authentic Apparel.  The Vendor is only obliged to supply product to Canadian addresses and will not sell in to other areas.  Choko Authentic Apparel passes on the rights to the Vendor to use the icons, logos and trademarks associated with and registered by Choko Authentic Apparel

Placing an order

In placing an order, the Vendor requires full payment, including freight costs, paid by the customer using PayPal.  The Vendor will ship to the address stated on the order form.  Please allow up to 21 days for delivery.  Should the Vendor be unable to supply within this period (for example, due to supply chain issues), the Vendor will write to you, our customer, and advise accordingly.  Prices shown are always plus freight and taxes, applicable to your area.  Your freight is automatically calculated and depends on your address.

Returns and Claims

Guarantee

  • We will repair or replace free of charge any article that proves defective in workmanship or material when subjected to fair treatment.  This guarantee lasts for three months from the date of sale.  Proof of sale will be required for any item returned.
  • We retain the right to be the sole judge in the manner of goods returned because they are defective or because they appear not to have normal wear and service.
  • We will pay freight for goods that prove defective or are a result of an error on the part of Choko.
  • Any product returns are under the sole discretion of Choko Motorsports and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.  This fee will be waived should you choose to order a replacement product of similar value.

Requirements for Returns

  • Please email us at online@choko.com should you need to return any item to us.  We will send you an Authorization number prior to you shipping the product back to Choko.
  • No returns will be accepted without a Choko Return Authorization Number.
  • All items returned must be clean and in its original packaging.
  • Product must be returned via ground or product and freight charges may be denied.
  • The Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
  • A copy of the original invoice must be sent with the product.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receiving our Return Authorization Number.
  • All garments being returned for repair must be washed or dry-cleaned or the repair will not be done.
  • All garments being returned for repair must have the necessary repair clearly identified.
  • Custom orders are not returnable.
  • Short shipments must be called in within 5 days of receiving the product.
